Toshio Hirasawa ​

Toshio is a Composer, Theory Teacher, Pianist/RCM Accompanist and Guitarist located in Toronto.
He studied Piano with Christina Petrowska Quilico, a student of the legendary Rosina Lhevinne, composition with Keith Sokol, and Guitar lessons with Faculty of Humber College. Toshio teaches various styles of composition to beginning, intermediate and advanced musicians – theory, Ableton, Max/Msp/Jitter, Logic, FMOD, Bandlab, Sonar, and virtual instruments.

As a composer, he scores for films and games and writes pop/rock beats for singers. His students receive high marks on exams and have won 1st place prizes in provincial competitions. For online lessons, he uses an audio routing software that enables students to receive crystal clear sound from his Piano.
